  • Our medical team will approve the claim by e-mail.

  • The GOP will be released to the hospital as per the amount claimed.

  • The hospital will contact the Europ Assistance team if any additional amount is required.

  • At discharge, documents will be sent to Europ assistance and approved accordingly.

  • After discharge, the hospital will send the documents to Europe Assistance for settlement to the hospital.

Thailand is a country that offers Visa on Arrival to Indian tourists, allowing them to enter with minimal issues. Recently, the country has also removed any restrictions, including the mandate on travel insurance, although they still highly recommend it for travellers.

You can avail yourselves of a visa in two ways: the first is by applying through the Thai Embassy or Consulate, and the second is by opting Visa on Arrival at one of the 24 official immigration centres. When travelling, you should remember that the Visa on Arrival requires you to pay a fee and consider it when budgeting for the trip.

The tourist visa offered when opting for a Visa on Arrival only applies for 15 days. If you wish to stay longer than 15 days, you must apply for a tourist or non-immigrant visa beforehand. The tourist visa allows for a maximum of 60 days with an extension of up to 30 days.
