My family is insured with a Niva Bupa policy. When my wife met with an accident, we received initial approval within 30 minutes, followed by final payment approval before discharge. Post-hospitalization bills were also reimbursed on time. Despite a costly re-surgery, the company promptly reimbursed the expenses and continued providing timely post-hospitalization approvals, demonstrating excellent service. I would also like to thank our agent for being extremely supportive.
